anyone who's watched my page for a while (thank you very much!) might have picked up that i'm quite obsessed with the pursuit of artistic growth.
trying to better understand the human form and anatomy really takes patience and persistence to draw the same forms over and over.
i definitely see growth in my technique, and feel a tad more confident in my understanding of the human forms.
and though i believe there isn't a soul alive that will ever be perfect at drafting out 100% accurate human anatomy, we as artists should at least try to get it as best within our means.
here are a few anatomy studies and sketches that i'm quite pleased with the progress.
it encourages me to continue practicing anatomy sketches, and not worry if they come out as i hoped.

more than often my web browser has been crashing especially on deviantART.
not sure what the exact problem is but the page becomes non-responsive, and sometimes crashes.
kind of makes it a bit discouraging to even log on :/
well here's to hoping what ever the issue is gets fixed, till then i'll just have to deal with this as best i can.

imortal words i wisdom i try to always remind myself the strive to do my best, but not condemn myself when i don't meet my own expectations.
accepting flaws, and trying to learn from them to not repeat them.
i haven't been as artistically active as i'd like to be (lot of anchors around the neck)
i've been at least focusing on routines to test my basic skills, and at the same time not getting too discouraged
if i try to draw a thumb and it ends up looking like a potato!
this applies to other aspects of life besides just art.
but at the moment, the artistic aspect is the only one i really have any sort of control over!
